What should you confirm before shipping?
Review each formulation and component against the actual packages and proposed route. Provide the current SDS, product identity, quantities and packaging photographs. A quotation does not confirm carrier acceptance.
- Match each product or component to its supplier documents and current version.
- State the quantity per inner package, outer package count, weight and planned destination.
- Confirm receiving arrangements and carrier review before dispatch from the factory.
Can different formulations use the same documents?
Only when the document provider confirms that the stated scope covers the actual products. Keep unresolved differences open for review.
Does small packaging mean unrestricted transport?
No automatic conclusion follows from package size. Review the actual classification, quantities, packaging and route-specific acceptance.
DG risk check
Transport classification must be confirmed from the actual product information; a commercial name alone is insufficient.
- Review Often Class 3 flammable liquids, UN1266 or limited quantity review
- Check package quantity, net content, labels and carrier acceptance
- Choose air or sea based on DG class, urgency and route restrictions
Document checklist
Prepare these documents before booking to reduce carrier rejection risk.
- MSDS/SDS with Section 14 transport data
- UN number, DG class and packing group when applicable
- DG declaration, labels, marks and package photos

Quote preparation
The quote can be checked faster when cargo, package and route data are complete.
- Cargo name and use
- UN number, DG class and package details
- Origin city in China and destination country
